Celebrates Valentine's Weekend with Special Sharing Menu

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is the premier destination where couples can share their passion for exceptional food and wine. In celebration of Valentine's Weekend – Friday, February 12th through Sunday, February 14th – Fleming's will offer a special Valentine Sharing Menu created especially for two, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. To add extra flair to this romantic occasion, Fleming's Director of Wine Marian Jansen op de Haar has created a custom cocktail, the Valentini.

To give couples another reason to celebrate, Fleming's is offering each couple dining during Valentine's Weekend a “Valentine Card” with a complimentary $25 Fleming's card inside to use toward a future rendezvous with their sweetheart.*

“Valentine's Day is always a special time for our guests,” says Executive Chef Russell Skall. “We've created our Sharing Menu with suggested wine pairings from our Director of Wine Marian Jansen op de Haar as an enticing addition to our regular menu. Our intent is to encourage guests to savor the pleasure of a shared meal, and to focus on the romance of the night.”

“In creating the Valentini, my initial inspiration was the Belllini — a famous Italian sparkling wine cocktail made with Prosecco and fresh white peach. I wanted to this Valentine's Day's cocktail to feature bubbles because they always add a romantic effervescence, and a pink sparkling wine seems even more endearing,” says Jansen op de Haar.
