Paul Caraguilo Loses: 04/15/2009
Paul Caraguilo, our best hope for change to our current sound ordinance loss by a narow margin last night. Voter turn out was very light probably due to rain a a bit of apathy. Only 15% of the population determined our new commissioner. Undaunted, Paul declared he will run again and next time we need everybody to get up off their butts and vote. Paul has promised to blog about the ordinance here. We look forward to his and your comments.
